To reduce fraud and non-payment, any incident or false or irregular declaration may be subject to specific processing designed to prevent criminal use of our services.

Retention periods for your personal data

However, data may still be processed to provide proof of a right or contract. We protect such content to comply with a legal obligation.

By way of exception:

  • information is kept for 3 years from the end of the commercial relationship or from our last contact with you;
  • if you exercise one of your GDPR rights: your data remains stored for 1 year after your request;
  • personal content from cookies is secured for 6 months. This period increases to 25 months if this information proves necessary for the operation and measuring audience of our website.

Your rights

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the following rights:

Rights of access: You can consult all your information, find out where it came from, obtain a copy of your data and request that it be updated.

Rights of rectification: This right authorizes the correction of your data if it proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to erasure: This right guarantees the deletion of your data in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.

Right to restrict processing: This right is exercised when one of the conditions set out in Article 18 of the GDPR applies.

Right to object: You may refuse, at any time, the use of some of your data for reasons related to your particular situation.

Right to portability of your data: You can recover a copy of your personal information or have it transferred to another institution.

Right to organize what happens to your data after your death: You can tell us what you want us to do with your content. You can choose whether or not we pass on your information to a third party designated by you.

In the absence of your instructions, we undertake to destroy your data, unless it is necessary to keep it to comply with a legal obligation.

Right to submit a claim with the National Data Protection Commission (NDPC): You have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL in the event of a violation of your rights. Transparency and Freedom of Choice

Deleting personal data

You can delete your personal data at any time:

  • from your account by clicking on “Remove my account”;
  • by sending an e-mail to contact@boite-a-conseils.com

We process each deletion request within seconds of receipt. We permanently omit data from our servers.

A cookie is a small data file, often anonymous, including a unique identifier, sent by a site’s server to the Internet customer’s browser and stored on the computer’s hard disk. We gather specific information, with your prior consent if necessary, during normal use of our platform or through the cookies.
